Heavenly Father, we come to You in the name of Jesus…
Today, we lift up the heart that is heavy with sorrow—the one who is mourning the loss of their mother. Lord, You know the pain of parting. You saw the tears of Mary and Martha as they wept for their brother, and You wept with them. So we know, without a doubt, that You understand our grief.
